About Me

As an experienced real estate specialist in New York City, I offer a valuable combination of expertise, knowledge, and commitment to assist my clients in navigating the complex process of buying and selling NYC real estate. I understand that real estate transactions in this unique market are complex and deeply personal, often involving a significant investment of time and resources.

 

As a seller, your goal is to showcase your home attractively and efficiently, then negotiate to obtain the highest possible price and the most favorable terms for sale. As a buyer, you seek a supportive yet proactive partner to assist you in purchasing the perfect home at the most advantageous price. In essence, you want to ensure that no money is left on the table. This is where I come in, working closely with you as your personal consultant, negotiator, and project manager to help you achieve your real estate objectives.

Before discovering my dream career in real estate, I spent several years working in tax accounting and real estate development. As a real estate investor, I acquired a nimble understanding of managing and protecting clients' assets while optimizing my financial and analytical skills to adopt a strategic approach in achieving my clients' goals.

When I'm not helping my clients, I love exploring new cultures by traveling. I also enjoy skiing and flying airplanes which lets me challenge myself to keep improving my skills. Lastly, spending quality time with my friends and family is something I truly cherish.
